Remote Controlled Bike Lock
Living in Amsterdam is not easy...
I've got a bike, and yeah! it brings me everywhere I want.
But, Once a year there's is just no bike, were I parked it.
So thats why we've got proper locks!
But now, I cycle my (new) bike trough town and want to buy a bottle of water.
THE IDEA
What I want is, to just jump off my bike, get the keys rom my pocket and..
"pliep pliep" Lock it!

MOVIE IDEA: PIXAR for the 80's generation
Today we had another great discussion about Flat-screen tvs..

Just another idea.
What if, we create a movie about an old fashion Bulky TV.
One that is good and still working.
Isn't a TV as good as its content?
So all the modern LCD flatscreens Only show violent Games and Cool stuff
But the old TV's bulky as they are, showed me so pretty nice humoristic videos...
Anyway.
A concept I have developed further already.

So, Your listening to an audio track, or watching a video-export you've just created.
Now, you wanna add some notes on the time line, such as,
Here, the color is weird.
or, in case of audio, take a look at the levels of the snare...
Why, don't 'we' just make software that enables you to scroll through your product,
and make notes on it as the timeline goes..
That will make my live much easier...

SITUATION
Here's a situation that you'll probably recognize.
Arriving at your office you'll Say hello to a couple of colleagues,
boot up your computer, plug in your Iphone on the USB cable connected to your computer.
(yeah, you need to, 'cause otherwise that damn battery will be empty before lunch.)
Then, you'll try to start working on that project you were struck in before the weekend, if not the last couple of days if not for weeks...
But, ow-no, Everyone is talking about their weekend.
Way to much noise for you, so you'll plug in your headphones.
And now:
here comes the situation, If you're still with me in this story, you'll probably have had this once ore twice before..
You phone Rings. but, you dont notice, cause your concentrated, and listening to the new Foo Fighters tracks. So golleagues try to wave at you, start screaming and in the end will, most defenitly throw objects, from a pen till an printer towards your table, just to get your attention.
And this, my friends is only the beginnig of the wole f*cked up situation.
Now, you've gotta answer the call..
THE IDEA!
Why don't we just connect our phone to the comp, and the comp takes over.
So, when a call comes in you'll get a small popup.
Then, you will be able to press a button, to accept the call.
And your Laptops microphone will be activated, and guess what, your headset will be transfering the call to your ears.... Its Like magic!!!

BBQ Sauce
So, summer is coming, tomorrow it's gonna be the first day above 10 °C (50 °F)
This, next to pretty walks on the beach with my dog, will include BARBEQUE!!!
But, wait!
Last year was a BBQ disaster,. Why?
Let me take you back to this moment,
My girl asked ME, for gods sake, ME to do the BBQ shopping.
That will include a lot of shrimps, some meat for the friends, Mussels, asparagus.. and oei oei oei..
Isn't that the most important thing of the BBQ Party, The SAUCE!
Now what, Let me tell you.
I was standing front of the sauce department of Holland's most famous suppermarket.
And all they had was MASSIVE, SUPER LARGE bottles of sauce.
which one to choose?...
1 garlic,
1 cocktail,
1 whatever
and another whatever.
But that meant, I had to buy 4 MAYOR, MASSIVE, SUPER LARGE bottles of sauce, while we were only going to use 1/6th of every bottle.
Yeah, you'll get the idea.
Why ow Why? dear Sauce producing agency, didn't you already create a a BBQ set.
just 6 tiny, not to small though, bottles in 1 pack.
And, as an extra, i give you, Yes, there comes the best part:
You can name it:
The Barbeque Pack.. WOW!

Can't wait for this summer!!!

Changing a jacket Quickly!
So, you want to change your jacket, huh?
Cold? or, what?
Take a camera, mount it on a stick a way that the camera is pointed towards you while holding the stick.
Rotate the stick 360 degrees.
and voila, your back again.
Motion blur is your best friend in this trick.
Change your jacket. take your time for that...
Do the same trick again...
Now, take some edit software you prefer. Yes, tats important, that were your part comes in!
Take the first video, cut once the camera is 180 degr. rotated. (you'll be upside down now...)
Take the 2nd take, and Cut IN at the same point.
As I said, motion blur will do the trick for you.
Molt these to together in your favorite way.
Et voila! There you go. You've just changed a jacket in a split second.

A really simple concept.
But hard to make.
A musician writes its song on his/her cough.
So, what if we a singer, from its cough to the stage?
We make a simple tke e swing movement with the camera.
A rope on his middle, and pull him forward, towards the camera, that is off course, moving backwards as well..
we move through a couple of walls. HELL YEAH!
And end up on the stage!
to break its forward motion ,the singer grabs the microphone.
The camera keeps pulling backwards, until we see the whole crowd cheering en yelling.
The Cam stops, and starts moving forward, and guess what?, hits the singer and starts pushing him back, through the walls, until he ends up, On.. yeah, the cough...
Repeat, and loop!
:-)

Now, take it a step further.
lets say the hand has its own life.
Wow? what? yeah its own live.
it will bake an egg!
But still in the same shot, the face keeps talking to you!
Ain't that amazing?

the intro starts playing, but to hear the next part of the song or, in case of an entire album, the next song, will only be playing once the listener has arrived on the second location.
That way you'll create a cool event for your musical introduction.
And you can, of course, create serious tracks just based on the location...
