GPS Coordinated Music Publishing

Why, o why, my dear..
Isn't it a good idea to create a GPS based music system on, for instance the iphone.

So?.. Tell me, How does it work?
To start, You'll have an Album (or song) on a website...
the intro starts playing, but to hear the next part of the song or, in case of an entire album, the next song, will only be playing once the listener has arrived on the second location.

That way you'll create a cool event for your musical introduction.
And you can, of course, create serious tracks just based on the location...
